I've had a slight obsession with Vintage luggage lately, I think it started with looking for the perfect piece to use in a photoshoot (never found). I've come across many inspirational images on the internet of luggage being used creatively as home decor but I actually want it to use as functional luggage. So I don't think the true vintage kind would be suitable to stand up to whatever happens to our checked luggage, I'm seeking something brand new that looks vintage, I've found a few but nothing that strikes the perfect balance between modern does vintage. I shall keep hunting...
I love these photos, they are great! The first one is hilarious! I adore vintage luggage.. in my room I have about 4 different ones stacked on top of my wardrobe! :) Love them.. and love your blog!

Good luck with your hunt. It's hard work! All the best Vintage luggage on ebay has soooo many bids already. I am not too clever at ebay yet. I always miss out :( Pictures are gorgeous. Makes me want this luggage more!

ReplyDeletewhen i go opshopping i tend to spot them!! but some are crazy oversized that id never use and its a bit scary, im scared of finding dust and spiders inside haha! but agree, they are perfect for s hoots x
